Thank you for shopping with DJ Pocket’s Vinyl & Rare Gems. Below you’ll find details about our shipping process, delivery times, and what to expect once your order is placed.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (for physical items).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer flat-rate shipping for vinyl records and other items within the United States.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, weather, or carrier issues.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays or Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Digital Products

For digital products (such as music downloads or sample packs):

  • A download link will be sent to your email immediately after purchase.

  • No physical item will be shipped for digital orders.
