14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
