14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with original tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at info@djpocket.com immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Digital downloads

  • Items marked as final sale

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before making your purchase.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.

Items must still meet the return conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with proof of purchase

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@djpocket.com.
